Accommodation capacity of the villa is for a maximum of six people. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, one bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor there is another bedroom, a bathroom, and a living room. On the second floor is the third bedroom and a bathroom. A washing machine and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board are at your disposal. On the spacious plot of 700 m2 you can relax and refresh in a heated infinity pool of 40 m2, drinking premium Istrian wine on deck chairs around the pool, enjoying the sunset or prepare delicious delicacies on the outdoor charcoal grill. In the yard of the villa there are two parking spaces.
